Overview

Job Quote Kit is designed as a local business document tool. Estimates, invoices, customers, signatures, job photos, business profile details, and app settings are stored on your device using Apple's local storage technologies.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require an account, do not operate a Job Quote Kit cloud database, and do not collect your customer lists, job documents, signatures, photos, or line-item details on our servers.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Apple may provide purchase status information to the app so Pro features can be unlocked. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Support Emails

If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to include in your email, such as your email address, screenshots, device details, and issue description. We use that information only to respond to your request and improve support.

Device Permissions

The app may ask for access to selected photos when you attach job-site images to a document. Selected images are stored locally as part of the document you create.

Document Sharing

When you export or share a PDF, you choose where it goes using Apple share sheets or system actions. The destination service's privacy practices apply after you share the file.

Children

Job Quote Kit is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
