Use of the App

Job Quote Kit helps you create estimates, invoices, PDF documents, customer signatures, and job photo records. You are responsible for reviewing each document before sending or relying on it.

No Professional Advice

Job Quote Kit does not provide legal, tax, accounting, licensing, insurance, construction, or trade compliance advice. You are responsible for confirming that your documents, pricing, taxes, contract language, disclosures, and required statements are appropriate for your business and location.

Your Content

You retain responsibility for the customer information, job details, photos, signatures, notes, and other content you enter into the app. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use.

Purchases

Pro features may be offered through Apple in-app purchase. Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment, refund, and purchase terms. Restore Purchases is available inside the app.

Availability

We aim to keep Job Quote Kit useful and reliable, but the app is provided as available. Features may change over time as the app is improved.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, compliance issues, rejected documents, customer disputes, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
